JewishLAUSD.org Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using JewishLAUSD.org (“the Site”), a project of the Israeli-American Civic Action Network (ICAN), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Use of the Site
- Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use this Site. If you are under 13, please do not use the Site or submit any personal information.
- Permitted Use: You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Site to post or transmit any material that is illegal, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.
- Account Security: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. User Content
- Content Ownership: Any content you submit to JewishLAUSD.org, including reports, comments, or other communications, remains your property. However, by submitting content, you grant ICAN a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Site.

5. Facebook Login and Third-Party Services

You agree to indemnify and hold ICAN and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
10. Termination
ICAN reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Site, ICAN, or third parties.
11. Changes to the Terms
